Spanish Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance is intended to increase and reinforce transparency of the public activity as a mechanism to facilitate the control of public action.
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission, in the exercise of its functions and activities, addresses the transparency regime from two perspectives:
The active advertising of relevant information to ensure the transparency of its public activity.
Citizens’ right of access to public information. This “right of access” section offers relevant information on how to request information from the Spanish National Securities Market Commission.
