    • La CNMV ha resuelto: Verificar y registrar a solicitud de ANDBANK WEALTH MANAGEMENT, SGIIC, S.A.U, como entidad Gestora, y de BANCA MARCH, como entidad Depositaria, la actualización del folleto explicativo de GESTION BOUTIQUE IV, FI (inscrito en el correspondiente registro de la CNMV con el número 5500) y del compartimento GESTION BOUTIQUE IV / JPB BIOTECH, que pasará a denominarse GESTION BOUTIQUE IV / JPB GLOBAL ALLOCATION, al objeto de modificar la denominación del compartimento, modificar la vocación inversora y la política de inversión, incluir las comisiones indirectas y modificar el límite horario aplicable a efectos de suscripciones y reembolsos.
