Observations

BME Clearing: On September 30, 2013, the partial split of MEFF Sociedad Rectora de Productos Derivados, S.A.U., was registered in the Mercantile Registry in favor of BME Gestión de Estudios y Proyectos, S.A.U. After said split MEFF Sociedad Rectora de Productos Derivados was renamed BME Clearing, S.A. and retains only the ECC status.
