“The information available in the registers of European Economic Area investment companies operating in Spain with or without an establishment is submitted to the CNMV by the National Competent Authorities of the corresponding place of origin of the Member State, who are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and in compliance with the regulations”.
