conocimiento, las cuentas anuales individuales y consolidadas correspondientes al ejercicio 2023, formuladas en

la reunión de 29 de febrero de 2024, elaboradas con arreglo a los principios de contabilidad aplicables, ofrecen

la imagen fiel del patrimonio, de la situación financiera y de los resultados de Unicaja Banco, S.A., y de las

entidades comprendidas en la consolidación, tomadas en su conjunto, y que los informes de gestión individuales
