La Orden EHA/ 1665/2010, de 11 de junio, por la que se desarrollan los artículos 71 y 76 del Real Decreto 217/2008, de 15 de febrero, sobre el régimen jurídico de las empresas de servicios de inversión y de las demás entidades que prestan servicios de inversión en materia de tarifas y contratos-tipo. (BOE de 23 de junio) ha eliminado el control previo por parte de la CNMV de los contratos- tipo. Asimismo modifica el anterior régimen de publicidad de los contratos tipo en la web de la CNMV y lo sustituye por la obligación para las entidades de ponerlos a disposición del público en todas sus oficinas y representaciones y en su página web. Por lo tanto, para acceder a los contratos- tipo que utiliza la entidad a partir del 24 de junio de 2010 debe consultarse en su página web o en sus oficinas.
